It may have been a short week, but it was certainly a mighty one at Marshall!
Our students continue to impress us with the way they are learning, growing, and demonstrating our Marshall expectations each day:
Be Respectful. Be Responsible. Be Supportive and Encouraging.
Since the start of the school year, our Mustangs have already earned an incredible 4,651 positive behavior points for standing out and demonstrating these expectations!
Overwhelmingly, our students are being recognized most often for demonstrating responsible behaviors, and we are so proud of the strong routines and habits they are building. This month, we are challenging ourselves to grow even further by placing an extra focus on how we support and encourage one another and demonstrate respect throughout our school community.
These expectations go beyond the classroom. They are part of creating an emotionally and physically safe environment where students feel connected, valued, and ready to learn, take risks, and explore their curiosities.
Families, you can help us continue the conversation! Take a moment this weekend to ask your child:
How can you be respectful, responsible, supportive, and encouraging at school AND at home?
We would love for our Mustangs to notice all the ways these expectations can show up in their classrooms, on the playground, with friends, and with their families.
