Reminder (Family Picnic Tomorrow)

Hello Families,

This is a friendly reminder that we have our first Family Picnic tomorrow! Students will eat during their regularly assigned lunch time.

Here are a few important reminders:

• Early Pick-Up: Please remember that families should not sign their child out early at the end of the Family Picnic. Students are expected to remain at school for the rest of the instructional day. If your child needs to be signed out early for an excused reason, please coordinate with the front office at least one day in advance.
• Check-In: All families attending the picnic must bring a valid ID (driver’s license, state ID, etc.) and check in at the front office before heading to the lunch area. This year, a valid ID will be required to complete the check-in process for all Family Picnics. Please bear with us as we implement this new process, and we appreciate your patience and understanding!
• Lunch Schedules: Students must remain with their assigned grade-level lunch schedule and may not join siblings or other students who have a different lunch time.
• Food Sharing: Please do not share food during the picnic. Some students have food allergies, dietary restrictions, and medical needs, and we appreciate your support in helping us keep all students safe.
